Storius becomes a Rider, was kind of hoping he'd get a Monster Baron form or something, it doesn't look bad, but kind of wished they did something a little more interesting. On the other hand, I'm glad they didn't just make him Solomon.

Meanwhile, Saber Zenkaiger looks absolutely fantastic!

I have a concern about Tassel’s original name. Why is it neccesary to mention for 2 or 3 times? Or furthermore, is it even neccessary to give him that background story?

I wonder if its some kind of clue, or foreshadowing a last minutes plot twist

I think it's... an attempt at comedy? That someone so silly and fanciful who calls himself 'Tassel' from a world of magic actually has a name as serious as Viktor?

I'd say comedy. Remember that time when Master Logos called out Viktor during the Primitive Dragon Arc, all with foreboding music and he just goes, "Actually I go by Tassel now!" and then the scene hard cuts to black? That made me laugh.

I think tassel went through a Voldemort/sauron situation where they were stripped of their physical form and took some time to reform/recover from the damage.
