Nope. I think that is a custom he made, as NONE of the Kyoryuger releases so far have come with the cannons. Not even Black and Pink. A pretty good custom though, too bad we have to do that to get one.

Thanks, and it is a custom. I accidentally broke my Kyoru Red's sword at the hilt the first day I got him and I was about to fix it with krazy glue when I decided instead of wasting the opportunity to try and make my own Gaburu Cannon since none of the Kyoryugers came with one

It's not perfect(which is imposible as the mouth of the gaburevolver can't be 'opened') but it works for me. I lost a gaburucaliber but can still use the gaburevolver by itself.
