The late 80's Punisher movie was PG-13. Fans hated that movie for being too tame. I remember people like the 2004 film and we got Punisher: War Zone which everyone hated. Spawn was PG-13. The movie was a Saturday morning cartoon version of the comics. The movie did get a rated R director's cut that is 2 min 23 sec longer than the Theatrical Cut. However it's hardly different then the PG-13 version. Things are much stricter in 1997 compare to now. Last edited by Guyver Spawn; 01-18-2016 at 05:27 PM.. |

And frankly the original comics were awful to begin with so they could only go up from there no matter what they did in my opinion. |

The original cut was rated R then got toned down to be PG-13 then the original cut was re-released as the Director's Cut.

				 | Quote: True. The second AVP movie proves that a R rating does not make it better. With Deadpool, I have high hopes for it. After First Class and Days of Future Past, they are able to take the X-Men franchise series again. Even if the movie is bad, I hope can enjoyment out of it. New Line film the movie with a PG-13 movie in mind. When they submit the movie to the MPPA, the movie end up being rated R. They had to re-edit the movie to get the PG-13 rating. A similar thing happen with the 1995 Judge Dredd movie. |

If the movie is rated R then they'll l have less limits to the character and movie. If it's PG-13, then there will be a larger audience since children will be more likely to see it. There's pros and cons to the ratings for both sides.

Miles and Black Panther debuting this month, woo can't wait. I also seriously dig Michael Cho variants as well.
