Which scares me (see: whenever they rendered the Gokai Galleon in CG), but also kinda excites me (that was 3 years ago, and Toei has gotten better at CGI, slowly but surely).

Although maybe when we see the actual mech suit -- as opposed to the toy version of it (they're never 1:1 accurate representations) -- the proportions will make more sense. It can't be easy to jam 5 long rectangular boxes into a person-shape.

Yeah I'm guessing the in show suit will look nothing like the toy, if they even use a practical suit.

While I agree with this sentiment whole-heartedly, they've usually been able to at least give the illusion of a waist on the DX toy. I'm interested to see what they have in store for the fight scenes.
