You ever notice when a series has the female characters turn into set dressing for non-action scenes and only have them be prominent during zord calling scenes in fights?

That's what'd happen if they made an all boy team and an all girl team.
One of the higher ups would notice the boy character toys selling marginally better and have the producers cut the female team's time to double the male team's screen time. :\
