I looked closer. turns out its OUTSIDE the cavern; you need Waterfall for it.

Frost Breath is in the Cavern though.

In my quest to breed a male adamant Axew with the rivalry ability, I've gotten a lot of spare females. Free to a good home, just let me know. They're all adamant have have the rivalry or mold breaker ability.
