My thoughts exactly as I'm sure there will be an SRC. BOJ could capitalize on this being the 20th anniversary show in the US and push SRC Gosei Great into production. I for one would love to have an SRC of it and Datas. Mainly because then the Datas would scale with Figuarts

You really must remember price point though, considering you're arguing the merits of a $15 toy vs. a $40 one.

Will SRC Gosei Great be superior to Retrofire Gosei Great? Undoubtedly.
Do I want to do what I can to make sure a line like Retrofire (Or whatever it's called nowadays) stays around and steadily improves and not get axed because Japan put out a better one? Of course.

Sometimes you have to take a step back. The Dragon Knight toys were crap. The Retrofire MM Megazord is not, regardless of the quality difference between it and the SRC Daizyujin.
