It is probably because Pink Ranger is the most popular MMPR after Green and Red. Bandai likely aren't ignorant to how popular these guys will be to Power Ranger fans.

Shrug it off and buy tiger ranger anyways.

I decided from the start when Dragon and Tyrano got announced that I'm going to be going completist with the MMPR guys.

Top left, in between Pteraranger and Mammothranger, there's Tigerranger. Male body, as it should be and was always going to be.

Yay, it's Mei! I honestly won't buy all of the MMPR and Zyuranger ones, but she is one I'd like to have. Especially considering Kimberly was kinda one of my first child celebrity crushes.

Kimberly's lookign good, but something about the visor seems off. Maybe just the angle since it's looking down a bit?

Who cares? Figuarts are first and foremost Sentai figures that are imported to America, not Power Rangers figures. Boi/Tigerranger is male. The stock footage used for the Yellow MMPR is also clearly male, unless you're blind. So even MMPR fans are getting an accurate to the screen figure. There was never going to be a female body used.

This conversation is beyond pointless, as I posted above, we know that Tigerranger is going to use a male buck, there should've never been any doubt. A female Tigerranger had just as much chance as a male Blue Swallow and a male Ptera Ranger. The only time the Tigerranger was ever female in Sentai was when Luka was using Boi's powers. And even then, it had a skirt, which again, the figure wouldn't ever have.

EDIT: Although maybe you're trying to be funny by pretending Sentai doesn't exist, in which case I missed the point and this is awkward for me.

About the whole Tiger Ranger/ Trini debate. I totally understand the situation with him/her. It would sure be swell if we got an American female version, but I won't expect it. I was ready for a Manly Trini figure from the get-go.

I don't even get why MMPR "purists" want Tigerranger to have a female body anyway. Yellow Ranger had a very obviously male body, even if a girl's voice was speaking. The toy is screen-accurate to both shows anyway. Us Sentai fans get Boi, MMPR fans get Aiesha (or Trini if you go that way)! Everyone wins.
