Its amazing just how boring generic laser sound effects can make such an over the top scene be.

But there's nothing offensively bad in that clip, so that's a good sign! I'm still not buying into the hype of having one average episode made though.

That second clip was pretty decent, I'd happily take probably toy accurate laser sounds over Gai's painful and broken Engrish being strained over all of his attacks.
