It was never stated who said idol was, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Rika Satoh. First of all, someone had seen her last year working in a café- which means she is not in jail or a clinic or whatever and second, Mikiho Niwa, the actress who played Moune, mentioned her when talking about the Goseiger reunion. If Rika Satoh would've been associated with drugs, she'd never have done that.

It's probably just that that idol rumor popped up around the same time she disappeared.
