Actually Jay's hairstyle kinda reminds me of Shun Daimonji from Kamen Rider Fourze.

Admittedly as much as I liked the core duo, they did seem to be trying a little too hard to be as clichéd looking toku characters as physically possible. And it's a shame that your a-typical toku hero is a goofy, skinny, boy band frontman.

Our heroes are two people who sealed away the ancient evil, but only one of them(at this point) is useful. The other is able to turn into some weird green robot-man and takes all the credit.
