Pyramidas, simply because I would love to see what they could do in the Legacy scale with it.

Wait, why did htey mention Pyramidas when they first need to do the Ninja and Shogun zords? If they are going in order, we should be two years away before they even talk about Zeo stuff.

I think it's because the Series 3 has no really large scale stuff except Titanus, which we already have

Good point. Plus, they really can just do them in two packs. Have a Ninja Mega Falcon Zord pack and a Shogun Megazord.
