Kissasian does actually offer a download option if you sign up to it...it's been my source for toku for a while now, Also using the mobile version of kissasian does offer downloads without signing up.

There's also Jatoku as well, but I only ever use it for Amazons S2, since kissasian seems to be behind on them.

It is Rider only, but the OneDrive is always a good place, you can watch and download from there, although it is a bit slow.
