Not sure why there would be. Toei Spiderman is set to be in the next spider verse animated movie. So theres been a slow trickle of merch for the character and even a feature on disney+. So hes poised to be a notable character to mainstream fans. The other two are still deeply obscure iterations of their respective characters.

More than that I'd also suggest that a good motivator for a company like this to make a figure of an obscure version of a character is that... Toei Spiderman is just Spiderman. Sure he has a bracelet and maybe the eye shape or line thickness details vary a bit but by and large you are just looking at normal Spiderman there, and so it's not a hard sell. Quickly looking up Hammond Spiderman and Brown Cap, both of those are much more distinct from the usual design -- and granted, they are distinct in a very goofy way that is a selling point of its own; but one that's probably markedly lower than "that's just Spiderman" in an exec's eyes. I definitely think it's possible though because ultimately those two are characters called Spiderman and Captain America, and ML has done more obscure pulls and variants before
