I'm thinking at least 1/4 of the songs are coming from Mega Man 2; the franchise's sacred cow as Jade Pharaoh refers it too.

It must be noted that the MM Series is well known for its music so I can't imagine how hard it must be picking tracks that both fit the stage and people will like.

I guess this counts as a Pokemon theme too because of Celestial Tower, and I guess it's also a Chrono Trigger theme because of Mystery of the forest. Very versatile track.
