Good to hear that the D-arts line is off to a great start. Can't say I'm a big fan of Mewtwo or the G1 starters so I'm not that eager for the ones released yet. I would splurge for a Lucario, Bisharp, Empoleon, Samurott, Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem, Rayquaza and the unlikely Milotic.

I hope you're talking about the Pokemon series, because D-Arts has been around about as long as Ultra-Act.

While it's true that there are figures that I would want more, but Pokémon is such a big thing for me. I plan on buying every single release they throw out there. Unlike Super Sentai or Kamen Rider, there's a lot less room for me to be selective. Unless they're trying to release some really obscure Pokémon for no reason. And then there are some that I just can't see getting releases at all. Ever. Like Ditto. Or Unown.

I have yet to hear anything about ToyArena's stock of Mewtwo coming in and have yet to find one decently priced elsewhere. I've paid for Charizard and Blastoise already. Waiting for Venusaur orders to go up. Hopefully there's time for me to get more money before it does, but seeing as how only Mewtwo and Charizard sold out, I shouldn't have trouble placing an order for Venusaur even if it takes me a while to find the money.

Milotic is my all time favorite Pokemon!

Unfortunately, I decided against picking up the Kanto starters. Unlike Mewtwo, who's joint cuts in his tail were unavoidable and not all that noticeable, the joint cuts on Charizard and Blastoise were just too much, while Venusaur just doesn't have the articulation I desire for a full priced figure.

As for pictures, sorry. While I can take them, I don't have a quality camera. The pictures would just be awful.
Of the pictures I took earlier for a friend, this was literally the best one

But I was seriously hoping for the starters to include their base form as statuettes. Now I guess I'll cross my fingers for their intermediate form to include the base form.

Now I finally got Mewtwo... And two things came to mind right away.

First, it does seem like his box is way, way too deep.

Second, and this is definitely a new experience - he smells. o_O I don't know if it's the paint or what, but there was a very strong odor when I first opened him up.
