I don't think the show is awful, but I feel like it has not hold up as well to me. It had a good start and became hit or miss later on. I have a lot of nostalgia for the Spider-Man and X-Men cartoons as a kid, but I can admit that they are not great. At least it is better than X-Men Evolution which I hated back when it was brand new.

A good chunk of Marvel movies that came after Blade kind of sucked shit, too.
Until Iron Man, Blade, X2, and Spider-Man 2 were kind of the only watchable Marvel movies.
And X2 isn't even all that good when you look back on it.

I'd go as far as to say the first Iron Man hasn't really aged all that well either

I see some people say that the first Iron Man movie does not hold up well now. I need to rewatch it since I have not seen it when it came out on DVD (I did saw it in theaters on opening night).

The first Iron Man movie is still a pretty fun action movie, but the MCU has come so far since then.

Out of the Phase 1 MCU films, I actually think The First Avenger holds up a lot better I ended up enjoying the first Cap a lot more.
