Granted, Moffat can be quite self-indulgent too, but I don't think he has become as bad as Davies.

That is the points where I hold my hands up, and gladly take Moffat's convoluted mess.

Water of Mars was hard to watch, but I enjoyed End of Time.

Opposite for me, Waters of Mars was really the best thing in the specials year.

Yeah, I hold Moffat's first series as being utterly fantastic too (not quite the heights of Eccleston's for me, but damn close). 6 and 7 have had their moments, but otherwise sadly done very little for me.
I think overall I've enjoyed RTDs run more than Moffat's, but both showrunners are incredibly guilty of being so far up themselves. I just have a little more respect for RTD because on the whole he's done a hell of a lot more for the franchise than Moffat.

I'll miss Matt Smith. He plays a good Doctor, and I really like his portrayal during series 5. I agree with most of you that Steven Moffat should give someone else a go. Series 6 had a good plot but could have done without The Wedding of River Song's alternate dimension and the break in the middle of the year. The first half of Series 7 was very good, but Part B has some widely varying episode. My favourite is probably 'The Lodger'.

Ugh...not only is there the scale change, but Character Options have started introducing chase figures into the waves. The ones in this wave are a Cyberman with the blue chest bit and arm mounted gun and Dalek Sec.
So...a monster as it appeared for the majority of its story and a relatively major recurring villain? Right.
