I actually was just out earlier and saw what appears to be some damn near perfect tracks from a Thomas set. Apparently you can buy Thomas rail accessory packs. So I'm going to get one and see how well it lines up with the Resshas.

If they do work, that's great, since Thomas merchandise are pretty readily available as far as I can see.

They're articulated tracks too which is bizarre. They're geared so you can bend them into the shape you need. I hope they aren't too wide for Resshas. But I'll get to test it out on Monday.

Please let us know, i'm looking forward to getting tracks.
Also looking for "crossing guard" things both for the big mech and also smaller Figuarts scale ones. Someone posted a turnstile for Figuarts scale which will be awesome for the eventual SHF's of Tokyyuger. From reading around, it looks like "HO-Scale" has tracks about .6 inch apart; but "S-Scale" has tracks about .8 inch apart, if i'm not totally fucking up the measurements. Tokkyu-oh trains look about an inch wide, so i'm thinking "S-Scale" is the way to go. Wish i had a train store near by to experiment in. I was fiddling with mine. From gestalt mode, you can detach the forward parts of all the trains (forearms, lower legs, and center chest) and then use those sections to make a train. When some of these auxilary resshas come out you could have a fully formed Tokkyu-Oh as well as a train of the main squad! |

I did measurements on the wheelbase of the ressha and came up with S scale. I haven't yet made it to a hobby shop to check though.

I was just browsing through this thread and ran across my ToQ-Oh instagram pic. The tracks I used were HO scale. I can't take full credit as I got the idea from Bruno from MMPR toy reviews. I do recommend getting straight tracks for display.
