Apparently there's a glitch in XY where you get an egg in the wonder trade, said egg with multiply through the PC until it cover that one box, that box is officially quarantine and all the Pokemon in there and screwed.

Unlike the previous gens, this gen, all hatched pokemon are in the same ball their mothers were in
