It's not even according to amiami. There's literally a product they have listed with the name officially spelled in English on as TOQGER. Still pronounced "tokyuger" of course.

I don't get it. For Toqger to be pronounced as Tokyuger, that would mean that you're not pronouncing the "Q", but simply saying the letter, pronouncing it as To-Q-Ger," less the series is actually pronounced "Tockger."
