I know CS Toys will probably take preorders for this. What other options exist for buyers right now?

Yokattaweb.jp is generally where I go. You'll just have to shoot them an e-mail if they don't have Bravo on their main pre-order page. They quoted me at 5,005 yen for Bujin Gaim.

And I just noticed Bravo is 4,320 yen... man this is going to sting but it'll be worth it.
