Though if you're going from the standpoint of Decade only being able to use his base form and associated powers, you're probably right. But using that metric is pretty meaningless, because it's like saying that Kiva could beat Fourze if Kiva was in Emperor form with the Zanbat sword and Fourze could only use the first four switches.

I see your point, I was underestimating Decade's powers but I honestly believe he couldn't beat most of the characters I said. Though if you go Kuuga Ultimate vs Blade King Form, or Agito Shining Form vs OOO Super TaToBa or Chalice Wild Form vs Emperor Kiva; I could honestly tell you who would win. Honestly in fights like this I always say it's about motivation. What they are fighting for always makes the difference. Say Agito and Decade fought and Agito was more motivated in the fight he would beat Decade but if Decade was more motivated he would beat Agito. When power is equal than motivation and skill matters more.

Doesn't Super TaToBa have the ability to stop time? If so, I can't see Tsukasa being able to beat that.

Gonna have to also agree that Tsukasa probably would lose to Kuuga and Kabuto...maybe Agito too.

Really, like someone said, it's also about a characters motivation during the fight.

No, he's more like a watered down Tendou. With progressively silllier hair.

Decade as a show can be fun, but it was plagued with production problems that included the main writer leaving halfway through and the new guy having no idea what the story was supposed to be (or possibly even caring). It has some good moments, though, and the fight scenes are usually excellent.

Man I knew this show was a poor representation of the franchise, but it's like the more I read about this the more horrible it becomes.

Might as well throw in my two cents on this:

Unless you're really fast, can stop time or are able to disable his Driver I doubt anyone could beat Decade. The man has Mary Sue levels of powers and a willingness to use them.

He's basically a vehicle for Toei to get people to care about Kamen Rider. Of course he's gonna be the best. Though if Gaim can get a upgrade that doesn't bog him down speed wise he might have a shot at kicking KRD's magenta ass.

Like have Kabuto literally stand around waiting to die. Or Skyrider be unable to pull a 90 degree turn midair to dodge the attack.

It's whatever advances the plot. Decade's notable trait is that he can't transform into Showa characters and that his transformations will leave his belt the same.
Until the plot needs him to become Ichigou and have his belt transform alongside him.

If Decade needs to do something, he'll gain that power, even if it directly contradicts his own power's rules.
If Decade needs to win a fight, he'll gain the ability to beat his enemy, even if his enemy is, canonically, perfect.
