Mom^2 is best mom. She's got all that love. It was also hilarious finally seeing what Ruby and Sapphire are capable of, though, after Ruby summoned her gauntlet, I expected Sapphire would do the same to stop her.

Since fusions can summon the weapons (of choice) of their fused components, since Ruby can summon a gauntlet, it's only safe to assume that Sapphire can do the same with her hand as well.

Don't be a hipster.

I think she didn't because at that time she was trying to remain calm outwardly, letting Ruby just vent herself out. Calling the gauntlet would've negated that.
