Drive vs. Kirby. I think it will hinge primarily on if it's Super Smash Bros. Kirby or Smash Bros. Melee Kirby.

I am guessing we are going to have drive in this one with the inclusion of cops and having Kirby throwing what appears to be a wheel.

Given what other cops riders there it could be G3, Scissors or Accel and Ryu is probably the most capable of matching up to drive if it were the case.

Definitely Blade, Kenzaki had more combat training than Kouta did prior to when they both first received their Rider belts

If this was their power set by the end of their respective series I would give this to Kouta but under the conditions of this battle....Kenzaki takes it. He's a trained soldier, plain and simple.
