Reminds me of those Halloween costumes with the puffy fake muscles. I like the general design, but it would look a lot better if it was more streamlined.

Ugh, it almost looks to fake to me. The fake muscles are to exaggerated. If this is supposed to be like a tank upgrade I can get behind the design, but something to me still seems off.

While I don't like the design, I think it fits with his current appearance. Not sure why. Though, I do prefer the "The First" look and wish they used it more.
