Momotaros has been oddly absent from Zi-O stuff in spite of the two big appearances in the movie and 2 episode tv arc. They've had several Den-O appearances without him voicing them (like when Grand summoned Den-O against Another Zi-O II and in the Over Quartzer movie).

The only other time that had happened was years ago in SHT Z.

Sadly Masahiro Inoe said Zi-O's finale will be the last time he'll play Tsukasa for a long while. He could change his mind, but I think he doesn't want to overstay his welcome.

Since we haven’t posted anything about it on this thread, I think I’ll discuss the two movie-original characters that got revealed (I have no idea how to upload photos). There’s a new, female Time Jacker (whose name I forget) who goes back and prevents the Daybreak Incident from happening. And there’s Will, Korenosuke Hiden’s assistant who becomes Hiden’s CEO following the changes to history.

According to Shirakura’s twitter, this film will feature Another Ichigou and possibly feature Tsukuyomi’s finisher.

It's a weird post where he replied in Korean though, but a lot of people on Japanese twitter and 5ch reacted to it.

Shirakura is asked about his favorite Zi-O story and says that it's the upcoming winter movie that will feature Another Zero-One and Another #1
(as in, an Another Rider based on the original Rider). The other user then asks him if there's really an Another 1 and he wonders if it hadn't been officially revealed yet.

It's probably the suit from set pictures posted above, since it's clearly some kind of Rider 1 homage.
