So the good version of the Kabuto suit didn't appear until episode 2? Huh. Well, alright then

But his Rider kick is intentionally simplistic. After the wild changes brought on by Hibiki (The series that came before it), they wanted to bring things back down and make it clear in a "Back to basics" sense (That's the best way I can describe it, since slowing time isn't exactly "Basic" ).

Kabuto is a beautiful suit. Now if you want a suit to complain about, might I offer Drake for your consideration? That suit is so ugly I'm actually happy when Kabuto kicks his ass. Well, that and because I hate the character as a whole.

Just watched, finally, the two episode arc of Infinity in Wizard. I enjoyed them. Not Infinity so much but the episode itself. And it all comes down to that helmet... he looks bald. Not in a good way like Darth Maul, but in a horrible big headed way like The Leader.

Also yeah, the parrot zecters and dumb rider kick bug me. It'd be much cooler if it was just the zecter speaking.

The Infinity arc of Wizard is pretty nice. It's great to see Haruto actually get angry like that. It was written well and the overall tone didn't feel like it was wasting time, which was nice.

I'm not in love with the design (It's my least favorite Wizard design), but there are worse Rider suits out there.

They actually eventually reach a point where they transform straight to their Rider forms (Note: Masked form is the bulky one, Rider form is the slim one)

Yeah it made me laugh how badly plotted that was, "Oh yeah this form from the first episode? It's actually a bit shit, I was just wearing it to see how shit. Oh well..."

And yeah, he just kind of spins on the spot with some cheap lightning effects, while saying Rider Kick twice because of the Driver echo.

I loved that arc, I also think Wizard Infinity looks cool as hell, what I find less spectacular are his powers. His finishing move looks absolutely crap, his weapon is ugly and what is the point of the super speed thing?

He'd look okay in any other series but since his power ups before that involved like dragon mecha on his body, the powers here just feel really weak and don't suit the...suit.

KITSubs released episode 32 of Stronger this morning and it's a good one. The Delza Army infighting continues as we get to meet Secretary of State Wolf, who has possibly the stupidest-looking head ever. I spent a long time wondering why Stronger had so much hype, but these Delza episodes are all great and really show off why the series has such a strong legacy.

Well, they are.

I honestly didn't care much for Stronger's earlier episodes, but the later part of the Black Satan era and all of the Delza Army arc have been really great. At some point I plan to go back and watch the whole show without long gaps to re-evaluate the early episodes.

... I actually liked Drake... not much, but a little... I also really liked his uit in Masked and Rider Forms.

That's my main problem with Infinity; the rest of the suit is fine, but the head really needs something covering the top. But aside from that, the Infinity Arc was great.
