Terui is a hell of a lot cooler, but Wataru is undoubtedly stronger.

Out of the three I've Bly watched Kabuto, but from what I know about the others I'd have to vote Kuuga as he's the most versatile. I think Gattack would give him a good run but would ultimately come up short.

I've watched both Blade and Kabuto but I'm still working on Kuuga. Still, I've heard Ultimate Form can Rider Kick the world so I'll go with Yuuske.

As much as I love Gatack and Kagami as a character...

Everything I've read about Kuuga makes it clear he'd be the winner. So long as it's original Kuuga, not Decade Kuuga, of course.
