Not necessarily; Foundation X is usually considered a pet project of Hideaki Tsukuda, the producer of Kamen Riders W and Fourze. He is not involved with Drive.

Every time I hear the Henshin call "Drive!," I immediately think of "Meteor Ready?" and "OK!, Saturn!!!" Lol.

A lot of people seem to forget that Sanjo wasn't really in charge of Fourze. He wrote a lot of episodes, but it wasn't his show. Tsukuda was the producer, though.
