I keep hearing about this "Galaxy Cauldron". Is it a site or something? I know it was something in SM.

There is a Sailor Moon Forum called "The Galaxy Cauldron" and that's what Juliko was talking about. But the forum is indeed named after a location in the world of Sailor Moon. Galaxy Cauldron is the place where stars are born and were all the Sailor Crystals and Star Seeds come from. It is the place where Usagi fights Chaos in both the manga and some of the musicals.
