Oh wow, there’s a lot of interesting stuff in July. Thankfully I’m not particularly crazy about any of it so I think I won’t pre-order anything. The Pokémon figures do hit some spot for me but I’ve rather just buy the figma Red since I’m not much into the anime anymore. Vegeta looks awesome but I wish I could purchase Nappa alongside him through retail. He’s too expensive for me as a Web-Exclusive and I don’t really want that particular Vegeta without Nappa.

Star Wars is also not for me, I may purchase a Boba Fett whenever they do one and I'm up for a new Vader with a cloth cape but that’s about it.

And thankfully super robots don't interest me so I don't even need to give those a closer look

It’s a great month though, so many cool things to buy.

Aw man was kinda hoping some would be in August. Yep gonna be an expensive month for sure. Least I'm only planning on getting 4 things. So far..

The Pokemon releases are the ones I'd be most inclined to maybe wait on. I'm conflicted though because all of the actual Pokemon releases skyrocketed in price, but I have a feeling the human characters might not do as well.

Yeah, I've decided on holding off on the Pokémon figures for now. Both for the reason you said, and the fact that something feels a bit off about them in the promotional pics. Kinda want to wait on reviews and see how they turn out.

I've got the GEM statues in the meantime, which while may not be poseable definitely fill the void nicely.

Looks like it will be just the Star Wars figs for me. That's good, I've got a couple of big months around that. I really wish we could get SHFs of the CW DC stuff instead of the just the movie characters. I need a Grodd or King Shark looming over a Kamen Rider or two.

I need R2 and C3P0 and Vegeta, but all that is overshadowed by how much I need that Metal Build 00 Seven Sword. Star Wars and DBZ, as much as I want them, can wait.
If I don't Seven Sword when its released, odds are I'll never be able to get it. The last time I saw the original version on Mandarake, I think it was around $800. Or maybe that was eBay, but either way, it's gotten extremely stupid expensive, so I need this new version more than anything I've ever needed before.

Also, I've already had to stop buying every SW and DBZ SHF release I want, so i can stand to wait on these guys a bit longer.

Ahahahahahaha no. Was already on the fence about pre-ordering the standard releases as it was. Nope, totally happy with what I've got coming instead.
