I don't think so. It wouldn't make sense that we wouldn't be able to form the Power Blaster, considering it was the original finisher. Plus, the piece doesn't seem like the thing they'd take out just for the American Release.

No, I have no idea where this apparent rumour has come from. None of the Tamashii pages for her say anything of the sort.

I recently had to box all my Figuarts because the display case broke. I might pose them on my Pony table, since having Dregredder chilling out with Fluttershy amuses me.
