Anyway, I agree. I do have to say it felt like the Mutsuki stuff dragged, but otherwise, it balanced the 3 riders quite well. Aside from Garren sometimes bamfing in just for a fight scene than having no impact other than "He showed up to fight", it really felt like the characters were still growing beyond their significant character arc.

Yeah, the Mutsuki arc should have ended about ten episodes earlier. I blame the production staff change. That's the one area where I think that actually hurt the show.

I like that as well. I like all three of the riders so far. Designs for all three are awesome too. I really want to know what top scientist designed such amazingly intricate and elaborate gear all with a playing card theme. Whoever they are, deserves a nobel prize.

Back to Ryuki: Man this girl is thick. So she leaps to the conclusion that her beloved brother is a villain, but when Ryuki gives her evidence that Batchump is suspicious, including how he attacked Ryuki like an asshole, (which she witnessed and had to scream at him and threaten to leave him to make him stop) she's like "bullshit how could you say that he's pure and wonderful."

This chick is dumb. Granted, she has more grounds here since the guy she just met is saying the guy she's known for a while is a bad guy, but she saw Batbrain attack Ryuki, knows he's hostile and arrogant. Maybe she's just in denial and this is going to turn into Kamen Rider Montel Williams in a moment?

Also I find it funny that someone said they didn't like Dragon Knight because of the bad acting, a legitimate point, but Ryuki hardly fairs better. So far at least. They're pretty hammy or the typical "I'm being stern so I'll just make a neutral face and hold it for a while or sometimes open my mouth then close it."

Also, I just noticed Batfart has very, very faint blue eyes underneath his visor. That's a nice touch.

The worst part about Fourze so far is Shun but he is clearly intended to be a moronic douchebag who is so unlikeable you can taste the bile, so they achieved exactly what they wanted to achieve then. This has been a great series so far, even despite a lot of shit said about it, but then again I like a lot of series other people rag on.

Definitely, Shun is without a doubt one of my favourite Fourze characters.
