Incase you couldn't tell, I think this whole theory about Wiseman being every elusive character on this show is ridiculous(though the other Rider series I've seen(Den-O, Ryuki, Kabuto) aren't exactly laden with complex villains... who aren't riders).

Seems even a Rider with water-based powers is easily defeated by being thrown into the stuff.
