Funnily enough, there is almost nothing American about his actor, Robert Baldwin. He is Japanese by nationality, born and bred in Hiroshima. So, technically you can't apologize to the Japanese people on behalf of the Americans if he's Japanese himself. I'm sure his Japanese is crazy fluent and he's just been directed to act like a stereotypical foreigner.

I'll say that it always is kinda off when there's a non-Japanese looking actor in tokusatsu,but this is a time where it worked.I really did enjoy Ramirez,his accent didn't bother me much at all.If his accent is better in other shows,that's great too.

I'm just loving the team-building so much in this series.The dynamic between the straight man and loose cannon,Green and Black,worked so well.I'm also continuing to love King,he is such a good leader.He's wise and can always see past his fellow Rangers faults.Maybe he's a bit too perfect of a leader,but after Go-Busters I really needed a leader that actually puts the needs of the team before himself.

I'm really liking Candelilla a lot.It's interesting to see a monster who's purpose is to make people happy.I really want to see her used more so I can see what they could go with her.Also her design,she just looks so not evil at first glance until you see her mouth zipper.Creeeeeeeepy

Kinda bugs me that we didn't get KyoryuCyan this episode but anyway, this episode was great. Ramirez's accent and english bits are kinda offputting, but they work...kinda. Black and Green are setting up a nice dynamic, and it looks like next episode, Amy finally gets to do something! Yaay!

Also, Does anyone know what animal the 'flat' power used?
