Trying to rewatch a couple of the different series was really difficult for me because I picked every scene apart. I found that having them on in the background while doing something else (like painting or editing photos) let me watch them without focusing too much and dissecting it to pieces.

I used to do something similar, being unable to watch due to overanalysis.
Instead I decided to play a drinking game with them instead.

A couple friends and I did that last year with MMPR: The Movie. It didn't end well.
