They wouldn't have ever done that by skipping Fourze and Wizard. The SIC's tend to come out after the series is done and over, well after. I think generally, and this is just my inference, it's so that all the forms can be completely revealed and they can build a series of figures with all the gimmicks included from the ground up.

Well that was a huge bust. Maybe we were trolled since we still have to finish the OOO SICs. (Not that this is a bad thing; the OOO figures have been pretty sweet so far)

Eh, I may just give up on tokusatsu and go back to begging Capcom to port Mega Man 6 to the Wii U.
