Alright. I am more just posting there base designs for the normal heroes. These ones will show up, mostly, for a few stories, but otherwise be kind of occasional side heroes. Rescueman, SWATman, and 2 upcoming ones will be reccuring. Otherwise, the design will come with the story.

Well, in universe, the villains are pretty much just bowzock from signalman's origin series carranger, but there will be some new baddies. While it'll mostly just be new gorotsuki, there will be some new villains. Like an interstellar martial artist who hunts down signalman to see how good he is at fighting hand to hand. I may even bring in piranhatrons from turbo. :P

They meet an enigmatic man, simply calling himself kujauku(portmanteau of Kujaku and the chemical symbol for gold), who told them that the fates chose them to protect the earth from the evil spectrum warlock's guild. With a wave of a wand, and the press of a button, they call "Maho-form!" and become...!"
