I think it's hilarious at the nitpicking over one shot of a pink Turboranger suit. When were kids, did we care about all the shit editing in MMPR? Nope.

Have we "grown up" so much that we've forgotten how to have fun? Is that the problem? Bad acting, I get. But this editing was pretty damn great for Saban's standards and I didn't even notice it until Kickback pointed it out.

This is supposed to be fun, right? I mean, unless your idea of complaining about one second of footage is fun, then by all means, carry on.

not really, i expected them to pass the turboranger suits since they are no keys of them and since the viewers that have the wild force keys they can be used while they are watching this episode.

People get angry every week about it and bash the show about it every week but its a common problem throughout the industry. You'd be hard pressed to find shows / movies that do not have mistakes. That's the nature of the beast.

Yes, I'm very well aware of that. However, this wasn't a boom mike in the shot. It was a relatively simple continuity error that should have been caught. Additionally, I said it wasn't about this one instance. It's about the general attitude that they seem to have for their product. It's great that some people prefer to simply ignore an inferior product and move on. I'm sorry, but I don't subscribe to the "it's better than nothing" philosophy. I also don't see why people who have dissenting opinions get dog piled when they don't toe the party line. It seems as though some people would prefer threads locked to only those that drink the Kool-Aid.

At any rate, everyone....Turborangers being left in for a second isn't that bad. Remember how they used fansubs in actual commercial? That was far worse. Left in dairangers and explained it with a throwaway line? Pretty bad.

I don't watch this show, so I don't give a fuck what teams are repped. But I'm baffled that this supposedly professional production -- with millions upon millions of dollars backing it -- has such a lax philosophy toward quality control. Or quality, in general.

I worked as a Post Production Supervisor at a major entertainment advertising company for 5 years. If I let something like this slip through my QC, I would have been straight up fired.

I - amongst many - didn't notice and it seems the only ones who did were intentionally looking. I probably would have never noticed (I had to rewatch the clip four times, carefully pausing and studying the footage) unless someone pointed it out. It's a blurry microsecond of footage neither worth cutting, or worth refilming.
