I also find that ridiculously stupid. The Spiky Eared Pichu had to be placed in HeartGold/SoulSilver during development, so they had to have known of it when making Black/White. Why they'd think nobody would want it is beyond me...

Same with the Surfing/Flying Pikachu you could get from the PokeWalker. :/

So I named all 649 Pokemon for him off the top of my head (Not counting the Gen VI mons because no).

You don't know infuriating until you're on Gen VI and can't remember that one Pokemon
(Took me an hour to remember Rotom was a thing )
