They are from Kamen Rider Hibiki. I personally enjoyed the show, ya it had slow parts but it was still good. Sadly though I never finished it due to life, but maybe one day.

It goes on a massive downhill slide about 30 episodes in, but everything before that's pretty great.

A sentai with a music theme wouldn't be all that bad. So long as each member of the group had a different instrument. Unlike that one drawing somebody showed up of a brass quintet.
