Shodo Kamen Rider candy boxes! All G.I. Joe sized figures with some great articulation. I would have liked some better eyes on the helmets, but the figures are so fun to play with that I can't bring myself to nitpick the details. Each of them have multiple hands, and Rider X and Apollo Geist both have a weapon! I'm so glad I finally have some Joe-sized Riders to keep Cobra in check. G.I. Joe might be out of the job.

All of a sudden I really want those figures. I hope they aren't too hard to pick up at a time when I'm not broke.

I'm hoping for at least a Super-1 or some Heisei Riders. Hell, this could get me back into Joe customizing considering I have a RoC unmasked Storm Shadow head that could work as... some Rider or other.

Also, X and V3 look great, but Ichigo... Either his body's too wide or his head is too small.

Yeah, while I'm happy to have gottan Rider 1 and X (which are two of my favorite Showas) I'm still hoping the next batch branches out into Heisei, rather than keep moving along the timeline.

I think it's Ichigo's head is a tad off. His chest just seems to be molded to look close to the original costume (which I've noticed had a REAL big chest, though they tend to shrink it a bit in Figuarts toys). The head doesn't seem...round enough. Too tall? I think that's it. Not enough to bother me, but it is a bit more pronounced in pictures than in-hand.

Although X is one of my favorite of the Showa designs, I think V3 came out the best of these three. He's the most accurate while keeping all the articulation (X loses some movement in the chest due to his armor).

I bought a box of ten off AmiAmi (extras are going to friends), so I'm not sure about the best way to get ahold of them. I don't normally buy whole boxes, but I was pretty crazy about making sure I got these, so I just preordered the box when I saw it.

If they ever make some of the Heisei riders, I'll get a set for sure.
