Strangest p-bandai release ever. I mean, it's a neat custom idea, but as far as I can tell it's non-cannon, so it seems odd for bandai to make an official kit of it. Would've made more sense as a Gunpla Expo/GFT-style exclusive instead.

That's because the Rinascita's full name is Wing Gundam Fenice Rinascita. It's a variant from Build Fighters.

Sorry for the double post, but after comparing this to the original Rinastia it turns out I'm wrong, it's not a straight up recolour the knees, shoulders, and ear pieces are different:
