...hmmm.... Zord-builder Flashking. I can't tell if that's blasphemous to Super Sentai or not.

If we start ignoring these seasons, then we are no better than those who ignore the Disney-verse. In allowing it, however, we add to the P.R. mythology and make it more unique while merging its lore with that of Sentai. And while Saban might not be the type to want do something many may view as "superfluous", I think he might accept if there was an acceptable toyline to boot.

P.S.: They found more than just ET in that dump. On top of that, many have since reexamined the condemnation of the ET game since the discovery.

That's what the Internet is for. Kids these days have those fancy phones or other gadgets as most of us never did back in the 90's or early 2000's (pre-2003 or 2004). We have a PR wiki that has info on Sentai seasons. If kids use Google to look up it then it won't be much of a issue. The Internet when the original Saban era was running in the 90's was not as big and mainstream as it is now.

Maybe that's why we, the last children from before the Internet Age, are thinking this way. It's how we would have reacted to this in our time.

No direct dubs of Sentai. I defend a "sister series"; a P.R. anthology series that answers many of the unanswered questions of the franchise from across the board, translating 20+ years of continuity contradictions. Something that focuses on no one team in particular. Changeman, Flashman, Maskman, Fiveman, and Dairanger deserve this than the ultra-aggravating "New Powers" or just merely "Squadron". I simply believe that since Super Megaforce made the mistake, they should apologize for the mistake by embracing the mistake in a more creative fashion. Should such a series ever come to fruition, the unexplained and confusing aspects of Megaforce/Super Megaforce could not only be explained, but make those wildly-considered "bad" episodes a touch more palatable. View the new and the old together, and a more complete picture comes to mind.

P.S.: Zord-Builder Flash King works only if you alter the parts and transformation. The jets have this fascinating bar-work "skeletal structure" so-to-speak which extends and interlocks with the tank to form the complete body. The jets would have to forego this unique measure in favor of physical separation so as to justify the Zord-Builder ports and staple features, if you want to call it that.

God, as much as I want Flashking, Zord Builder would just kill it. The bars to create the arms, legs, and base that the jets use just won't flow well with Zord Builder. Knowing how they operate, they'd just have the jets split in two to for the arms and legs, rather than having their rather neat transformation.

I dissagree, all it REALLY needs is the shoulders to be ZB ports. After all, Kyoryujin didn't get ZB knees.

"Kids don't care". Was this not the perceived mentality for Tzachor and Co. during Megaforce/Super Megaforce? Despite that, it doesn't matter whether the kids are that inclined to learn more or not, though it is naive to think that children know enough about Super Sentai as the parents don't even know enough about P.R., but that doesn't matter either. I defend the "embrace of error" because the lapse in editing judgment has inadvertently added to the lore of P.R. and that lore has been aggravating to those who detest P.R. and its perceived butchering of Super Sentai. If we right off Sentai forms as a "needless burden that requires no further explanation for they predate P.R. and therefore have no place in it", then we as a whole do the Super Sentai a disservice and are content to wallow in the incomprehensible elements of the P.R. Universe (or Multiverse if one accounts for alternate timelines and multiple dimensions). Super Megaforce promised way more than it delivered and that is something the fandom has to come to terms with. This does not mean that we can't add something more to it that will ensure that such mistakes do not happen again. If Saban was to embrace these SELECT older teams, then it will act as insurance to ward-off additional oversights. If Saban was to embrace these SELECT older teams, then he will have new life in an older package most don't even realize is old, and new interest breeds income from merchandising. On top of that, if people realize that Saban does use the teams, it will inspire interest in older Sentai teams, and people will want to know more (honestly speaking, Changeman surprised me). If we lazily right off certain mistakes as too big of a mistake to concern ourselves with, are we no better than those we deemed "lazy" during the Megaforce/Super Megaforce timeframe?
