I dunno, Kain, I never "outgrew" PR. Watched it straight on from 6th grade on through graduating from college and then some. Only reason I stopped watching regularly after Wild Force was that my local ABC affiliate did not carry Ninja Storm, and then my girlfriend->fiancee->wife wasn' interested in watching it, so I had to catch it piecemeal. Then again, I was older, so I never got PR toys besides the ones I bought myself!

Jungle Fury... good? lol
That is a good one guys. I think I stopped watching it after 4 episodes because it was so bad. The guy they got to play Rio's US counterpart acted about as good as he looked, which was nothing, because he was butt ass ugly. Even Mele was down right terrible in both departments. If you are going to hire actors that don't have the looks, at least make sure they can act to make up for it. And sun glasses for the morphers, REALLY?! I also don't understand the mentality, "I got older so I stopped watching it to be mature" that people have. Just because you get older does not mean you have to stop liking something. Sure, things seem more childish, but that does not mean they are good. Plus, you have things that improve the older you get such as BTAS, Animanics, and Gargoyles. You notice more things in these shows, get the jokes that went over your head as a child. The only reason I really stopped watching Power Rangers in the middle of Lost Galaxy is I got sick of new costumes, mecha, and characters every year. Funny how watching Sentai and Kamen Rider has changed that mentality now, but when I was a kid, I got sick of having to buy new toys every year, as did my parents. Well that, and Beast Wars just came out at that time. I thought everyone had that moment in their lives where they thought they were to old for their childhood stuff? I guess not, I was over that shit in a couple of years thankfully and back to loving Power Rangers in no time (RPM certainly helped).

I stopped watching because Disney was vehemently against a cohesive schedule halfway through SPD.
I only got to watch 9 episodes of Mystic Force because I got tired of fighting Disney/Disney XD/Jetix just to catch an episode.

I couldn't find Mystic Force online to save my life at the time.
Hell, I was considering watching Magiranger just because subs for that show was easier to find ![]()

It used to be so easy. Set up a recording to tape from 2:00-2:30 every afternoon. Then watch PR while working out that evening. Like clockwork!

You based your opinion on the looks of the villains human forms? :/ W...wow...I've got...nothing, that is the single most shallow criticism I have ever read in my life. I think I need to go sit down. Also if people actually gave Jungle Fury a chance the solar morphers are clearly explained.
I thought everyone had that moment in their lives where they thought they were to old for their childhood stuff? I guess not, I was over that shit in a couple of years thankfully and back to loving Power Rangers in no time (RPM certainly helped). I was 11 when MMPR first came out. Watched the show continuously through In Space, which I felt was a perfect finale, yet it still kept going Then LG came out, changed the cast and stuff again, which is where I kind of stopped caring but would still watch it occasionally. I got a bunch of LSR, but I think I have only seen two episodes of Time Force and then missed out on most of WF, only to suffer through the majority of NS and enjoyed DT, but after that, I kind of stopped watching it again because I got tired of explosions, horrible Disney villains, and the rangers having super powers. With that said, I just finished watching Doomsday for MMPR. It is odd how they talk to Zordon in the end as if they completely removed Rita from the equation even though they did not. Did they just stop seeing her as a threat? IT comes off as weird because if it weren't for Tommy's return, you could just jump off into Zedd's arrival in S2 at that point as it would make more sense. As a kid I didn't even make it to Zeo before I dropped the show. I do remember seeing random stuff on the TV but I had other things to do. I did catch the Turbo finale the aired shortly before PRiS and that convinced me to watch In Space but I stopped again after the Lost Galaxy premier. I think I was 13 and was really into sports at the time. Wasn't until years later I watched some sentai stuff and eventually tried PR again.

As Saban is working through the Zyu2 footage, the stuff from Dairanger becomes available. Hence the removal of the Dinozords and the introduction of the Thunderzords, but still Zyu2 monsters for a while. The monster that causes the end of the Dinozords is a Zyu2, for instance, Pirantishead. When the Zyu2 footage is exhausted, the monsters from Dairanger begin.

Oh no, there was a lot wrong with JF, but that is the one thing I still remember about it. To be honest, I probably would have watched more episodes in the later half had Disney not taken it off the air during its first half.

I was only like three when MMPR came out and watched the show continuously until Wild Force, where I watched it on and off up until the end of Mystic Force, which is where I stopped watching entirely. Now I'm an adult, I'd definitely say Disney had the better run of shows, I think the only truly great Saban season is Time Force, with most of their other seasons (minus Lightspeed) either ageing horribly or just never being good in the first place. That said Disney has its fair share of problems, both SPD and Dino Thunder are woefully overrated. And pretty much all of the other seasons are underrated, minus RPM which gets the respect it deserves, Wild Force which blows chunks and OO which is the only Power Rangers season I haven't seen all the way through.
