Fourze is the first Kamen Rider show I've ever really sat down and watched ... and I'm loving it. It started great, had a really really REALLY slow middle, but has picked up and is exciting as hell to watch. Now that they've gotten past the whole Meteor thing, I'm a little afraid how they're going to handle the rest of the show ... as Meteor and his secret identity to the group bit was something that kept me watching as Tomoko got closer and closer to discovering it.

I'm kinda with Kickback, that that was almost the appeal of Fourze, is that weird mystery sub-plot going on. However, it leads to less obnoxious scenes of "WHERE ARE YOU GOIIIIIIIIINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG?! Y U SO METEOR?", The only downside, is that they turned the very... Bi-polar Ryusei, into this weird... Cockblocking pushover.

It's an interesting Contrast, but without him hiding his identity... the drama factor was really removed from the series... Leaving, either plot to develop, or... an underwhelming Villian revealing itself, showing this his plan is to... Destroy the earth, or something silly like... he has never gotten a proper hug.

The fact that the Chairman has sat back this entire time really dissapoints me, I feel that we have this intense villian just waiting to show it's true colour at any moment... yet, we just end up seeing other horoscopes, because of because.

That being said, this show needs more evil elements... especially with 17 epsidoes left... which I'm sure the next five, are going to be a sub-plot about the fixed points, and then four episode arc about another Horoscope that isn't about the main leader, but instead someone who ends up stealing a switch from Libra, becoming The final boss for the series leaving Mr.baddy himself to be movie exclusive, as he will possibly take a leave of absence in order to "Preserve himself for space", or some bullshit excuse like that, leaving the remaining episodes fighting said baddy, but finding out that the Horoscopes where doing nothing but good in the end, and that Fourze preventing them was all misconstrued, forcing Gentaro to quit becoming Fourze. This doesn't stop Meteor however, who continues to fight, ultimatly ending up destroying the Meteor driver in the process.

I knew I couldn't be the only one around here that finds the show good. It's not zomg levels amazing, but I haven't been disappointed yet.

I'm right there with you too. Fourze isn't fantastic, but it holds my attention well enough. Even at its most sluggish point, it still felt like a step up from OOO, another series I don't love but also enjoyed.

I think my only current complaint, if you even want to call it that, is that Fourze doesn't feel like much of an anniversary series without its movies. I don't think I would have minded if it was a little more of a copycat of Decade and put those Rider Switches to use somehow, but that's an incredibly nitpicky thing.

I'm hoping the show gives us some sort of awesome ending - like revealing Kengo or Yuki as a serious villain this whole time. Can you imagine the drama that would stem from Gen having to fight Kengo, the fate of the world in his hands, and trying to use the power of friendship (lolz) to defeat his best friend?

After that whole tension with secret identity of Meteor, the show feels a bit plateaued, I hope for an awesome ending as well.

I enjoy Fourze...but not as a KR show...I think he could have been an independent superhero. I do say that when it first started I actually cared more for the school stuff than the actual monster fighting. The gimmick of the Astro Switches work, and Cosmic states is cooler than Decade's complete and much better than OOO's final form...
I just wish they would get back to a more basic rider...but that is me

I think the writers have done a brilliant job of creating a goofy exterior that, in its heart, is raw, unadulterated emotion. It's like an egg - a rough bland exterior with such a rich, powerful interior.

Anyone who doesn't give this show a chance to floor them is missing out hardcore.

Yes, the goofy parts are goofy and almost eye-rolling ... but when it gets serious and powerful, holy wow, it's amazing.

When I was watching Fourze the thought that kept going through my mind was "this is a very Super Sentai Kamen Rider". This is funny due to the Go-busters being called the "Kamen Rider Super Sentai".

I feel Fourze wouldn't be half as fun without its goofy elements. They give realy heart to the show, even Yuki's annoying antics.

My only thing are the switches. I like them. Just wish there was less Quanity and more Quality.
