Yeah but his suit design was made to look evil, his powers were evil ripoffs of the Kyoryu powers. The #00 Zyudenchi has been passed down to a legitimate Kyoryuger now, so it wouldn't have any of the extra evil fluff to it.

Now the flute I could see staying. Since it's more or less his changer, or probably will be. It takes someone who can sing Dino Soul to tame Tobaspino's powers. All the Kyoryugers can by the end of the series. Chances are Dai-Kun's great grandmother is either Meeko or Amy. So regardless he'll inherit the ability to use the Flute Buster, for justice!
