Yeah, it's pretty weird since GokaiBlue wasn't even in the same place the others at this point in the episode this is adapted from. So maybe they're doing something unique?

I'm not sure if it's the editing. I mean I'm pretty sure GokaiBlue doesn't morph into anything besides Shinkenger along with the others near the end so we're looking a original footage here definitely. Really, there's not enough context in this clip to judge it all too much.

It is original footage because you have the classic, TOTALLY DIFFERENT BACKGROUND, after the morph.

Considering Noah can now dodge bullets and shit unmorphed, and has skin which can't be cut by steel, he doesn't need no fucking Legendary Morph.
