I apologize for being so dense: Did Bandai skip a 'collectible' for Lu/Pat? Are the vehicles themselves the collectible?

Also, was Hammer Dial Fighter a promotional item? Along with the other alternate vehicles (Music, Dog, etc).

Hammer was a campaign item, if you got a Scissors and Blade toy, there was a chance you'd get the hammer

I'd say the vehicles are the collectible; they make unique noises in the toy, which is generally the function of one. There are also smaller versions which can't combine but still trigger the noises.
